Helix G4 GPS Shut Down

    I have a G4 Helix 9 updated with current software. When I put in the V9 lakemaster and hit the full GPS screen the unit restarts itself. If I put in my old V6 it works fine.

    Anyone had this trouble?

    I have seen tis problem in two scenarios
    1) The chip is not in the Locked position on the card
    2) The chip is bad.

    Its locked in and Im afraid its a bad chip. Don’t have the receipt…
