I notice on the show yesterday that when the camera showed the humminbird the battery level showed 0% but obviously the unit was still working. I am having the same issue with my Helix7. Does anyone know how or why this happens?

Yes. If you are using Lithium batteries the battery indicator in those units is not compatible with them and therefor does not give a correct readout. However usually it stays at 100% until the battery is almost dead. Be careful as it’s not good for lithium batteries to be drained fully (what I’ve read anyway).
