Helix 9 shutdown issue.

    Has anyone had issues with turning off their Helix 9? I try and shut down my unit and the screen freezes and refuses to shut off. I unplug it and it will restart just fine.

    Helix 10 not shutting down.

    Had it with my 9 when I ran them. I eventually had to send it in and have the circuit board replaced for like $200.

    Thanks. Did it eventually not even turn on anymore or did you get tired of it not shutting down? I thought about just installing an on/off switch in the line so I don’t have to unplug it.
