Helix 9 map chip

    I just recently installed a helix 9. I was hoping to use my older lake master version 7 chip in it if possible. I put the chip in the card reader and it try’s to load but nothing pops up? Is the chip compatible with this unit? I’ve looked online but can’t find anything.

    What unit did the chip come out of?
