I have a brand new Helix 7 and I have updated to the newest software version. I purchased the new Lakemaster Plus Minnesota card with the Helix. Tonight was the first time out and the Helix will not read the card. Nothing changes with the card in.
Going through the Menu’s I have tried everything. In the charts menu, tabbing down it says “auto” and will not let me change it.
The upper left side of the screen says “NO Card”. The card is in correctly.
The dealer told me to contact Humminbird.
Has anyone else had this happen???
