Helix 7 update

I installed the Helix 7 update this weekend. Once it was installed and started up it worked fine. When I put the lakemaster chip back in and restarted then the depth finder part wouldn’t work at all. The lake map worked but no depth finder. I pulled the lake map chip out and the depth finder worked again. Anyone had this happen and how do I correct it?

First thing to try is reset defaults. I had an issue this morning after updating a Helix 9 via the Humminbird phone app that the Terrova was not being detected on the network. Reset the defaults on the Helix 9 and all started working correctly again.

I had that issue when I had two cards in my Helix 9 this weekend. As long as I only had one card in, it was fine.
