Just picked one up today. Has anyone made some modifications to the helix case? Like a transducer holder or cable organization? Im going to put a transducer arm on it just need to get a screw for it. I like the shuttle/soft pack setup just want to tweak it a little.
I put a Marcum transducer arm and a 4 inch boat nylon cleat for cable organization on mine. Otherwise there was a thread on here of folks just making there own arm. I think I paid around $14 for the Marcum arm. When talking with Hummingbird, it sounded like there would be some future add ons for the unit and I’m guessing these two items will be part of that. You would think they would of had those options when they came out with these units.
