Trying to get the best set up for my updated unit with Compact Side Imaging Tranducer in custom mode. when I look on line I have different menus than I see on my unit.
When I go under Sonar I don’t see:
2D CHIRP Frequency Spectrum .
SI CHIRP display frequency
Basically what I want to do is change khz
Under 2D I have medium and high frequency but no option to get 800 kHz
Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Since you mentioned the compact side imaging transducer, I’m assuming the issue is the fact that that transducer isn’t CHIRP capable. Did you just buy a new helix without a transducer?
Thank you for getting back to me, system was bought new with Transducer. I made no changes
I should clarify, it does say 2D CHIRP Frequency but does not say “2D CHIRP Frequency Spectrum” as I say on line .
Is the software version the latest on your display?
Your unit is likely in “angler” mode, which is default. To display the advanced options in the menus, click the menu button twice, go to Setup, and I believe User Mode. Make sure that is set to “Custom” or “Advanced”. Not 100% sure, but wouldn’t doubt that is the issue.

After doing more research I found my unit is only capable of 455 kHz,
