Helix 15 G4N at console of WX2060

I’m considering a WX2060 for next spring. I understand that they come with a Helix 12 G3N for the console. I think I would like to move that to the bow and add a Helix 15 G4N at the console instead. Doe anyone have an idea how the 15 inch unit would fit at the console? I realize that they are not available yet, but thought maybe someone had experience with another 15 inch unit at the console of a WX2060.

    Thanks.

Should fit fine. I have a 12″ on my 2200. with a Cisco mount, and I have apx 3-4″ clearance between the dash and lower edge of the locator. Should be more than enough room without having it mounted too high. Heck, I’m sure I could easily fit 2 12″ locators side by side, and maybe even 2 15″ ones.

The Solix 15 has been out. Can’t imagine the size is too different

I know Chris Messerschmidt couldn’t fit a lowrance 16 in his dash. I believe he has a 2060. Not sure how that lowrance compares to a bird size configuration wise. I would pm dean or call the boat center and ask if they have installed one.

“Looking to get rid of an HDS live 16″. It’s unfortunately to big for my dash. I have ran it only once on my dads boat for a tournament.
Cables and transducer are all in the original box unused and graph is basically brand new only 3 weeks old. I haven’t registered it yet either.
    $3600 buyer pays shipping.
I am selling to go back to a 12 Live.”

No problem. Tons of room still on my 2200 with 2 12s on the dash.

Should be zero issues. I run a Lowrance Carbon 16 and an HDS 10 on my dash. I did switch to bubbles though so that I have plenty of room not having to worry about a windshield.

No issues fitting a single 15″ or 16″ unit on the dash of your 2060.

If you’re trying to do what I did (9″ and a 16″) lol, that won’t work. I could have made it work but stuff was to close to the glass and I didn’t feel like hitting a wave and breaking the windshield.
