Attempting to download waypoints from Helix 10. Using 64GB SD micro card. Formatted card on computer, when I attempt to download the waypoints, I get message “Unable to read card”. I downloaded an Insight lake for my Lowrance on the same card, Lowrance unit is able to read it, so the card is good. Also the computer is able to read the card as well.
Any input?
Silly ? but does the SD card have a lock tab on the side of it. I once had the same problem with a standard SD card. Its easy to bump the tab into the locked position
I believe the recommended card size is 16gb. Not sure if it would not allow readability however.
Thank you for the responses. I found this on HB – You need to save all lake data on a 32 Gigabyte SD/micro-SD card. Larger cards are not compatible
