Helix 10 – Green & Fuzzy Screen

    I have a Helix 10, that out of the blue the screen starts up green instead of black, and is “fuzzy.” I swapped locations with the Helix 9 on the bow and same results. The Helix 9 is running fine.

    Any thoughts?

    I’d try loading or reloading the latest software to see if that takes care of it.

    I’d call Humminbird and see what they say. Looks like an electrical issue to me.

    I had the same look on my helix 7 when it was plugged into cigarette lighter in pickup or four wheeler when I tried to start either one with it on. If I unplugged it, then plugged it back in and turned it on it would go away. I’d disconnect it from battery then rehook it back up and try it.
