Helix 10 G2N movable mount?

I’m mounting 2 Helix 10s in a Competitor 205 Tiller. I’m planning on 1 of them being permanently mounted to the console to run the transducers etc to. Then I’m going to run the network to the bow and starboard side of the boat, so I can run one in front of me while driving or at the bow when fishing.

Which mount would be better/quicker for moving a helix from bow to stern etc. I’m thinking it would be easier to move the unit and included bracket if it was connected to a ram mount.

Seems like most are moving away from ram mounts now a days with these larger units.

Yep, I have a similar situation and really like the Cisco sure-lok that the guys at TBC installed for me.

The Cisco is rock solid.

I have a 2″ ram ball and it works great for my Helix 10, no movement at all when I crank it down. for the bigger 15″-16″ screens, then yes, I would get one of those new mounts..

Thanks JoeMX1825, I looked at a KVD mount in BPS yesterday $399!! OUCH! I think I’ll try the 2″ ram mount first LOL!
