Heat and Musky fishing

    When is it considered too hot so it can be extra hard on getting a successful release?

    I’ve seen posts in past years where guys shut down fishing for a couple weeks in the heat. Something about too much stress on the fish when it’s hot. I’m thinking of trying for metro musky in the next two weeks.

    I have always heard 80° water temps.
