    Whoever speaks, bring up the fact that the money I normally spend in Winona / Wabasha / Lake City / and Red Wing while driving to Evert’s in spring and fall will now be spent in Wisconsin because I will take the long way to avoid driving through a state that requires me to buy a sticker that does nothing to control AIS.
