I’ll be heading up to the north west angle the first week in June. It will be my first time up there and I’m wondering what to expect. How does it differ from the southern part of the lake? What techniques should be working for walleye? Any advice?

I did this with my best friend on a 14′ boat that was our 2nd and 3rd backup boat respectively. It worked a for a while, until we both needed to go one weekend with our kids…..so we quickly realized we needed to co-own 2 smaller boats. Now we have (2) 14 foot boats with 15’s on the back for adventure trips. This situation is one of the few I can see working as far as co-owning a boat. We both agreed that if is an issue, we will buy another to eliminate controversy……lol.
