We’ve had a number of inquiries about difficulties uploading ‘bird png files to Ido.
It appears the images don’t like to be loaded from the sd cards. The work around is to place the images on your desktop and then up load them from there.
Size does not seem to be an issue. 
This fix worked for me. Try turning off pop-up blocker.
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools and then click on Internet Options.
3. Under the Privacy tab check if the turn on pop up blocker check box is checked, if it is checked uncheck it.
