This must be a SI unit correct, and you are running the big SI transducer on the trolling motor? I am a bit confused, but nothing new there. If you want to run two transducers there are a couple of options. There is a Y cable that was made for guys running a glass boat that want to shoot one ducer through the hull, so the traditional sonar will work while up on plane, and still have the SI ducer mounted on the transom so they would have SI while going slow. This Y cable splits what information is used by each transducer to the head unit. The through hull ducer would only be used for traditional sonar, and the transom transducer would be used for SI, DI, and temp. There is also a kit to run two seperate transducers with an A-B switch that would allow you to switch between the two SI transducers. If you are wanting to run 2 SI transducers the switch would be what you would want to use.
