Had enough of lowrance, up to now, been using a 510C depthfinder on the back of the boat for mostly the wife.

After this transducer went I’m buying Hummingbird, any suggestions for a replacement?

Wife likes the fishy feature and the white background and we seen several At cabela’s, but would like to spend just enough to get a decent unit, doesn’t have to be top of the line.

But it has to have fishy’s…:)

my personal opinion is get a si unit. i don’t have 1 but was fortunate enough to use one for a week up on vermillion and it’s amazing how awesome the picture details are on them. i found a sunken ice shack that somebody didn’t get off the lake in time it’s that sweet. watch in the video section the technoligy video with jason is awesome. i’m gettin 1 for next year that’s all i can say i’m sold!

Appears our trip though Cabela’s confused us, and it seems in the depth finder only series, the 345C and 586C are our two basic choices.

Of the two the 568 seems most like the 510C
Also wife seems to like the 586C so it’s what we’ll go with.
