    Humminbird Software was released today for the 1155, 1157 and 1197. The benefits of this release are improved sonar performance at shallow depths (does not update on the 1155 since sonar is not an option). Resolves operational issues related to the 2010 version of Navionics Platinum charts along with resolving the course-up operation issues with Lakemaster charts.

    I tried to download tonight and it would not, I would suspect it should be available for download soon

    Hi,
    Yes, Rev 4.950 was released for the above units this morning. The path for the 1197c update was bad for a while but now I am told it is OK.

    Anything upcoming for the 997’s to address this shallow water issue?
    driving me nuts and using my lowrance for shallow water work-
