what am I doing wrong

    new to the HB world, according to their site, I have an update for my 998, I downloaded the exe file to my computer, then selected the update and saved it to my desktop, when I try to open it, computer says windows cannot open the exe or bin file. Ok I’m not computer literate what am I doing wrong? thanks

    Save the update to an SD card and put it in the card reader on your HB.

    Holler back if you have any issues. Typically the HB will recognize the update on start up and everything goes off without a hitch inside of a couple minutes.

    Be sure to set factory default for all settings before updating your unit.
