Boy am I confused!!! I WAS very interested in this unit until this morning. On HB web site they state in one place that the unit is 8000 watt ptp and in another only 4000ptp.
I called HB to let them know of this because I had been told by them that in fact it was 8000ptp. Now I am told that it is in fact only 4000 and if you purchase another transducer you can achive 8000 but will NOT have side or down imiaging. I do a lot of river fishing and not sure that the 4000 is good enough for that need. Sure hope that I was given incorrect info!!!

That’s 500 watts RMS. That’s more than you’ll ever need on the river and any inland lake. No worries.
