Humminbirds customer service is awsome 
, I had an issue with my interlink box, called them today, on hold a minute, they picked up, explained what was going on and what I did to clarify the issue, they said I will have a new Interlink module by Thursday 
They’ve jumped through hoops for me. I’ve been pretty demanding on them in the past and they’ve always treated me very well even though I’m not the ideal customer. I highly recommend them!
This is good to know. I am going to upgrade my sonar next spring and have nothing but poor things to say about Lowrance’s customer service, software glitches, GPS module not responding, losing sonar, etc. etc….
