    THANK YOU for your Patience while our customer service was down for a day. A FIBER OPTIC wire was CUT at our service center in Eufaula, AL., but were up and running now.

    Surprisingly enough, I called about 9:30 this morning with little hope of getting thru,, after going thru the directory to service, amazingly, they picked up in two rings… 2!
