    my down image on my 1197 is not sharp and was wondering what to do to sharpen it up or is there something wrong with the transducer

    isn’t there a setting for your DI imaging in setup? mine does you may have a different issue but I would start there and then the transducer.

    What is your sharpness setting on? It sounds like it is set to high..

    thought that higher was better I have it set a 9 so what setting should i start at ?

    Sharpness setting is in your SI Enhance menu, It is either Off, Low, Medium or High..

    reddog that was the problem i had to turn off the sharpeness and then everything was good to go thanks
