    I have a question. I just bought the humminbird 788ci and have a lakemaster chip that i bought in dec. I put it in and i have no contours is this chip to old it doesn’t say humminbird on the chip or is there a upgrade i could put in the finder or do i have to buy a new chip. thanks for any help

    If there is an advanced mode in that unit try that.

    Hummingbird and/or Lowrance,Lakemaster chips are not compatible or inter change able,with each others machines.Lakemaster as of last summer {after they were bought out} stoped making chips that were for lowrance!
