Scratched Transducer

    Last fall when I beached my boat I noticed that I had put a couple of fairly deep scratches in the transducer

    After the first trip this spring things are not reading right…

    Question is,can I repair this somehow(sand them down etc.) or do I have to get a new transducer??

    i think you can sand them out, but call Lowrance and ask them. They are real good on the phone, if you can get them…

    I don’t know if they would appreciate that much since it’s a bird
