    Need to install on a 1999 Glastron 18 ft fish and ski. Boat has an inboard 4.3 Wondering the best place to mount the transducer. Any help would be greatly appriecated!!

    Hi,
    You could try a couple of Humminbird supporting websites to see what other people have done (IE pictures of installs). One is Yahoo Groups “sideimaging” – the photo link (you have to join the group to get access). Another is Bass Boat Central (<www.bbcboards.net> – the Humminbird Sonar/GPS link and look for the “Installation Information Resource” link. That should get you started. As a sidebar, I think dealing with the sideimaging “wings” (line of sight) on an I/O boat install is going to be a challenge … good luck.
