Picked up a helix 5 from a family member on a hot deal, already have a 597 on the boat, will the helix on the bow trolling motor cause interference to the one in back on a 14′ boat?
Electronics and how they work is not my strong suit, any advice is appreciated 
I have no issues on my 16′ boat.
Separate transducers running similar frequency will always cause inference. I have cases where other boats trolling past me too close cause my electronics to go nuts. try running the 2 at different frequencies and see if that improves the screen.
