last night guided out on the chip, fishing was slow, we did see a giant musky blow up on the surface, not at our baits, but it was on a weed bed we just fished, so we doubled back right at dark to try and get it, nothing there, but my client Mike Lacey did get his largest musky, a 46 caught on a cowgirl on a main lake weed bed, that had the wind blowing in on it.
This morning, we casted rapala’s for what ever would bite on the west side, we did get some bass, and loss some pike, nothing to big though.
Water temps are in the low 60’s.
