Yeah about ten years ago so I don’t have anything recent to tell you though. I have been wanting to get back to that area more though, lots of lakes around there.

From what I remember of Cedar there were decent weed lines and some good elevation change, maybe even some islands.

If you try it let me know how it goes, good luck!

Was there last Tuesday. Some millfoil around Lilly pads otherwise the weeds have died off. Tough fishing surface was 85 temp

There was a tourney today, I believe the club out of albert lea, but 17 lbs took first. Total weigh in was over 100 lbs.

Fished it through the ice a few times the past couple years and found some decent crappie and bluegills

I used to fish that lake quite a bit when I lived in the area. Mainly for Crappie and Walleye, occasionally Pike.

There are quite a bit of Bass in that lake, I just haven’t targeted them. Walleye are pretty easy to find using lindy rigs and slow death on a bottom bouncer in the middle hole west of the islands. Catch em in the winter time on the east side off the underwater point.

Went there today. Targeted only bass. Got 3 in about 4 hours of fishing. Biggest was 16 1/2″. 2 at 8-10″. Pretty shallow lake around the perimeter and around islands. Wasn’t great, wasn’t a bust either.

Try Kelly Dudley or Mazaska for bass

My friend and I discussed going to Mazaska, but it didn’t happen. Maybe next outing

Yes, Kelly-Dudley has a very healthy population of Bass. I frequently spear on that lake and see a significant amount of Bass swimming around. No matter where I setup, they’re there!
