Has anyone been on Red lately?

    Going up to Bear Paws on Sunday, I’m wondering if they are driving cars and trucks on the ice?

    The resorts and outfitters are starting to move some sleepers on the lake. I have not heard of any one letting vehicles out at this time

    I was up this weekend out of JRs resort say I had 7″-8″ of ice and when I pulled off at 7pm it was -8 for temp Sunday I had 9″-10″ couple hundred yards difference in spots but there making good ice with just a inch or two of snow on the lake and cold lows. I wouldn’t recommend a vehicle but by next weekend there should be enough for cars and half Tom trucks possibly. There were a few dozen wheel houses out but they were pulled by Atv/utv. Fishing was decent get away from the crowds. I fished Sat for 4 hours pulled 10 and Sunday for 7hrs pulled 25 eyes.
