Who’s going? Seems like there was not much advertising on this. Just popped up on my FB feed. Didn’t see anything here on IDO unless I completely missed it. coffee I know these have been “Clam” heavy in the past. But There were a LOT of wheelhouses to walk through in the parking lot. Couple items I would like to see / talk about. May go for a two toast looksie.

Heading there this afternoon. Don’t need anything in particular but it’s always fun to look around and get into ice mode.

This show is a joke! They limit it to Clam and very few others. Bunch of Chinese garbage.

The show is a neutered version of the St. Paul show, but I am gonna head over tonight I am getting a SmithLift for my table in the Castle. Probably hit St. Paul next weekend for the actual show.

Crap your right its two weekends away. That might not work as it is looking like the first weekend on Red unless ice builds faster than expected.

The biggest issue I have with the St. Paul show is that it’s literally during the best early ice fishing of the season.

There’s no way I’m going to crowd surf through people to buy gear when at the same time I could be standing on fresh ice pounding the most aggressive fish of the season. They should hold the ice show mid-January when everyone drags their wheelhouses everywhere and the fishing is a shadow of what is was the month before. That’s when I’d actually care to attend.

Was there tonight. Save the entry fee and just go right to Thorne Bros. They will give you the show deals there

I’ve never been to the show due to always being on early ice. I agree with you completely

Was underwhelming to be sure. It’s 5 minutes from my house so I always stop by, but other than my annual Eskimo hat, not much of interest. Didn’t look like Ardisam even bothered to attend this time.

A lot of vendors have stopped going to that one because the numbers of attendees are just not there over the last few seasons.

It’s never a good thing when spots are being filled by gutter guards and bag toss companies…..

I agree, the show should be in early november. I want the deals and stuff before fishing starts.
