Happy Memorial Day

Have a great Memorial Day everybody. Thank you to all who gave their everything for our freedoms. I wish I had a grandpa or two still around to tell us all some war time stories. Always helps you connect with those who were there.

10 years ago this site would have been covered with Memorial day threads. Today we have 2 at 10:30 in the morning. Times have changed.

Visited my parents’ grave at Fort Snelling National Cemetery early Memorial Day but forgot to take some pics of the grounds. Stopped by this morning while all the flags were still in place and took some in an area I had not been before.
