As of Sunday it’s official, The Harbor Bar located on the fabled Trenton Island will be “hosting” my evening Catfish and Sturgeon trips!

What I mean by “hosting” is that this is where I’ll be meeting my clients when we head out for the evening. Your vehicle can be parked in the safe and secure marina or bar parking lot and then we’ll leave from their dock in the evening for your fishing adventure.

Plenty of lighting for your arrival back to the dock after your adventure.

Heck, come early and enjoy the Jamaican cuisine or just a good old fashioned hamburger before heading out on the water.

On a side note, Brad and Josh Smith (owners) are interested in hosting fishing tourney’s out of their harbor. It’s the perfect place for on the water weigh ins being in the no wake zone and the Harbor Bar having its own Harbor.

Stop in sometime. Whether by car this winter or by boat this summer (docking available) I think you’ll enjoy the atmosphere!

That’s great Brian. Good for you. Good for the local economy. Win/win. Tourneys based out of there would be a sweet deal as well since its centrally located in the general best of the best fishing area and with Bayport right across the creek and the public landing around the corner there’d be more than enough parking for the contestants. Its nice to see you covering all the bases….food, launching, lodging….just a sweet deal bud! Happy this is working out for ya!

Yes there is access to Food and drink most all winter. There are times when the Harbor will freeze for a while.

Any shot you will have a new trailer there for IDOers who have one too many?

Sure looks like a happy bunch in a couple of the photos. There’s even grass.

BK friendly catfish league or catfish tournaments would be fun. I would be in for both. Just a thought.

Grass goes well with the Jamaican cuisine too! blush

Now I bet I could mention antiques to Ma some Thursday and end up at the Harbor for a cool one and some dinner. 132 kinds of beer might puzzle the girl but we’d get it figured out somehow.

We actually started her sister’s divorce party there a few years back. Quite a time that was. I didn’t drink just so Ma could.

Give me some notice Tom and at least one of us should be able to make it. It’s not 80 degrees on the picnic table but we could sit close enough to the windows we could imagine we were outside. )
