Here is a short video of me tilling in the urea on one of my plots at the farm. This thing is a beast when it comes to turning plots

Dude! You have obviously put your time in on that plot , looks better than most gardens. Do you find it ok to keep the tiller down when turning?

In this worked up ground yes I can keep the tiller down while turning. If I am breaking new ground or winter matted ground I usually only leave it down on slight turns. This plot and the others all were disced up, tilled, fertilized then tilled once more before planting, then planted and cultipacked. Very fortunate to have great ground at the farm with very few rocks.

For the record, I hate guys who have ground without rocks.

I didn’t say I don’t have any. I think I picked 3 this year in the 10 acres of plots

Standing in a plot full of rocks is like putting a crackhead in the crackhouse.

I tried like heck last weekend to stop picking them up. Couldn’t do it. Just kept picking and picking and picking and picking. I gotta find friends with better/less rocky soil.
