But now is a good time to get your fertilizer and chemical prices locked in for next year..for those of us that use large amounts of fertilizer and chemicals,(ROUND UP ETC) there are some very good savings if you pre-order them from your local elevator. for those of you that are spreading tons of 50# bags of fertilizer I would consider having the elevator spread with their equipment. or buy it in bulk and spread it yourself. (the bulk price on fertilizer is much cheaper than buying 50# bags) also buying glysophate in bulk
is much cheaper than the 2.5 gallon jugs. (Maybe a couple of guys could go in on a 30 gallon barrel and split it)
With the input costs of our food plots soaring it only makes sense to reduce the costs anywhere we can
I have been in contact with a company that may give us a break on a large quantities of fertilizer in 50# bags. I will keep everyone posted when I find out what the prices are.

Bob – I will diddo my seed comment here also. I will be in on the bulk rates if you find any deals. 30-40 acres worth total on our 2 properties. I am shopping as well and will share any news I find out. One of my hunting partners is a seed dealer so I am hounding him for some info.
