Bob had a post back in Feb about frost seeding in March. I still have about 12″ of snow on my clover plot with some areas starting to get exposed. I was thinking about seeding this weekend, but was unsure whether or not 12″ of snow is still too deep to frost seed.

I seeded mine and then got another 12 inchs of the white stuff on top of it and my mineral sites But on the plus it was starting to green up a bit and the deer were already in the grazing it down according to trail cam pics.

Thats a tough call If the land is very level you might be ok. If the plot is close to where you live I would wait just a little while longer. But you really need the freeze thaw cycle to get those seeds in the ground. Good luck
