    Well up until season opened this plot was getting HAMMERED. But since then they haven’t touched it Hope a few frosts turn them back on to it.

    The plot we planted Pat is completely gone, atleast the leaves. Bulbs are still in the ground but there was a 2 week span that I wasn’t in there and during that time they ate it right to the ground!

    Yep, same thing happened to me in my plot…have a few turnips in the ground, but most ate right to the ground now. What would you recommend that I do different next year as I was hoping to hunt over it during the late season. Not sure if there will be anything left after rifle season. I planted in late July.

    I had 9 deer in my plot two nights ago. There are a ton of acorns this year so maybe they are having a change of diet. They will be back.
