How long do I have to wait before I can plant seed after I spray Roundup. I was thought it was 7 days. I am trying to put in a no plow plot.

For best results I would seed the same day. that way when the weeds die they will provide good cover that will not only hold moisture but will protect your seedlings from the hot sun in case of a dry period. I spray roundup and seed the same day when doing my no-till clover plots.

Right On! as long as the seed has not emerged you should be able to spray roundup. Even if the seed is sprouting below the surface, as long as it’s not poking through, you are good….I have sprayed roundup 5 days after drilling seed in. Works great!
