    Well here a few pictures of my turnip and rape plot planted last Sunday, one week ago. Would you guys say this is looking good for one week of growth? First time planting this for me. Thanks again Pat!!

    I agree if you get some rain this week I think you will notice a big difference in week 1 to 2!

    I saw a big difference in mine from day 11 to day 13 Looked like it doubled in size I have the fertilizer in the truck and am watching the radar

    Scott, I planted the same mix on the same day but have not checked it yet but we have recieved rain 2 days since planting. Just curious what type of soil you have there? I’m just a bit nervous about mine being a little sandy and too well draining.

    Copper, this soil is very sandy and dries out really fast. I am hoping we keep getting the rains atleast a couple times a week and am a bit nervous if we don’t. I am hearing that turnips and rape do pretty well with this type of soil though.

    I hope so, don’t know unless you try!
