Chicken broth
1 or 2 medium diced yellow onion
one can original rotel…if want a little kick add hot rotel..3/4s can.
one large can diced tomatoes
one heaping tablespoon diced garlic
simmer these ingredients for a while until onions soften up
one pound browned jimmy dean spicy sausage
browned cubed chicken breast..2 cups
1.5 cups wild rice
let simmer again for 30 minutes
add your choices for seafood and okra.
most seafood I use is pre-cooked so don’t need to cook it…just warm thoroughly.
salt and pepper in bowl to taste.
