Gull lake brainerd area

Has anybody been doing good on gull lake, round or Roy? I’m going up with a group of guys this weekend, and hoping to get into some eyes. We did well last year for pike and eyes on round and pretty decent with crappies on Roy.

Please post a report when you get back. My plans for this weekend got postponed and I’ll be up next friday before the Jaycee’s.

I fished Roy 3-4 times this year and only hooked up with tons of small gills and a couple nice crappies but I wouldn’t waste your time and keep to gull and the walleyes.

Hey last year we touched base before the Brained contest and things didn’t work out to get together. We’ll be staying in Nisswa again at a friends house. My friend and I will be driving up with our sons from Fountain City WI. 5 hr drive. We will be up Thursday night. If your looking for someone to chase some fish with on Friday let me know. Thanks.
