My Dads 50th birthday is coming up at the end of November. Me and my brothers would like to take him on an extended weekend fishing trip somewhere in Minnesota or Wisconsin. I would like to rent an ice house, preferably already set up on a lake, that could fish and sleep 4-5 people. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on lakes, outfitters, or guides that may do something like this.

Red Lake and Lake of the Woods in Northern Minnesota are usually good fishing with lot of places that rent shacks.
Thanks. I live about forty minutes was of the twin cities in WI. Driving distance isn’t really an issue.

There are a couple guides on here that have rental houses on Leech.
Tom Wilson and Phil Bauerly.
I have rented a wheelhouse from Tom and it was on fish. I haven’t used Phil but know he is a very good angler and knows leech very well.
There are many options on Red Lake and I’m sure people will chime in with names.
