    Booking a trip for end of September this year with a larger group of 15 people. Looking for guide recommendations with positive reviews if anyone has any.

    Granrud’s schedule is pretty full, so I doubt you would get him, but one of the guides that work for him and they are all solid as far as I’m aware. Old IDO member Ben Gilbertson guides up there as well, he’s on his own now I believe but used to be with RDGS. Otherwise the top of the list would be Billy Dougherty, imo, but again not sure if he will be available, higher likelihood if you are going on a Rainy Lake Houseboat (his business).

    You may not get Chris personally but I think he is up to 11 captains now that he has working. He would be my first call but there are others also.
