Heard you can shoot threw the mesh that lines your windows. Using a mechanical broad head seems like it would effect that flight. Anyone have experience in this?

Ditto. Try it and see with a target. Even if it does not fly true, hunting situations are often different. I do not do it and probably will not ever.
