    I would go as far as to say that today was my best day ever on Green Lake. Two of us in the boat ended up keeping 6 and releasing atleast as many. Two of the walleyes were 23″ beauties. Fished from 9am-noon, rigging minnows in 35 fow. I really expected to be fishing shallow, but we found the fish just stacked on one of our favorite deep water spots.

    Nice job Dan. Walleyes are notorious for schooling up in deep water in the fall and going on the chew.
