As James posted last week, StrikeMaster had a production issue with a small run of blades for their 24V and 40v lithium augers.
I was very impressed by StrikeMaster’s response to this issue. They quickly setup a website for consumers to verify if their blades (sharpened at an incorrect angle) were part of the run. Mine were, and within a 2 business days a new set was in on my front step!
I give the folks at StrikeMaster a lot of credit for setting up a system to proactively address a problem. Thanks for looking out for your customers!
