My son and I bought a 2016 WX 2060 from a dealer in SD who dropped the line this year. We had the plastic on one of the seats break. The dealer wasn’t able to help so they gave me the number for Skeeter Boats. I called and left a message feeling it was an exercise in futility. Within 2 hours I received a call back and explained the situation. I was put on hold for maybe 2 minutes while they confirmed my story. Charlotte came back on the line asked for a picture, and my name address and phone number. I emailed the information and within 30 minutes had a confirmation email back that the order was placed and the seat base would be shipped to us on warranty.
I was surprised this happened with so much poor customer service in this day and age.
Kudos to Skeeter Boats for great customer service.
