The Allezola Chef’s knife that I just ordered is a great deal for the price-The cooking host on MPR who rarely reccomends products
said great things about this knife so I finally got one (we already had like 2 or 3 chefs knives) For around 20 bucks you get a very sharp, light, good looking knife-did I mention sharp-20 bucks!
16.50 on Ebay.
Anyone order one yet? I need the money! (kidding kidding, I get nothing really)

Is it stainless steel? I personally hate stainless steel; it can’t hold an edge to save the world.
Its made of bronze-it sliced my eggplant destroyed my cutting board and my counter top so be careful!

If you look at the picture and see the knife cuts unevenly to the ratio of egg plant to cutting board in some cases. Not a deal breaker though.
