    Hats off to another MN based company. Having trouble with my Aqua-vu remote controlled camera panner it’s a couple years old now. Called just to get some parts and the lady that took my call was super helpful and they have had trouble with that unit a new one was shipping out today free of charge. They stand by their products. Just wanted to share the good customer service review with my fellow IDO family.

    I wish I would have gone with the Aqua Vu. The MarCum Pursuit looked better on paper, but in real life it’s been nothing but a disappointment – especially considering the price is 50% more than the Revolution. Then a total lack of care from MarCum customer service to top it off.
    Definitely recommend Aqua Vu.

    I bought another flasher this fall. Bought a Marcum. Haven’t got it to work yet. Marcum has terrible customer service. I was planning to add a camera as well I’ll have to check out the Aqua View lineup. Was gonna do a Marcum but not anymore.

    Similar experience with them a couple of years ago. My AquaVu camera was beyond warranty and lines starting appearing across the screen. I called customer service and they replaced it, no questions asked.

    Man, I had a lot of trouble with my AV micro 2 last year and they asked me for proof of purchase. I sent them the photo of the UPC from the box I bought it in, which also had the Cabela’s price tag still on it. They said they then needed to see an actual receipt which I couldn’t produce since I bought it in 2019 and I have no idea what card I used to pay for it.

    So I asked for some troubleshooting tips, possible causes so I could simply fix it or buy new parts. They never responded to that or my follow up weeks later.

    Maybe I’ll try again now since things seem to be going well in the customer service dept. I was disappointed but I’ll give them a 2nd chance. I still have the unit since I refuse to sell malfunctioning gear on craigslist.

    Well I’ll be damned, Outdoor I sight just emailed me, said they saw my comment in this thread and looked into my case. I guess sometimes they get closed out accidentally, they re opened it and are sending me rma info now.

    You guys were right, top notch service. I’ll be buying from them again when I decide to get a larger unit.
